Brian D. Crosby represents leading developers and investors in complex mixed-use, commercial and luxury residential projects, with a particular focus on condominiums and cooperatives. Mr. Crosby navigates clients through all phases of the planning, structuring and implementation of sophisticated real estate ownership and operation regimes, as well as the registration, marketing and sale of residential and mixed-use condominium and cooperative public and nonpublic offerings. His work includes drafting condominium and cooperative governing documentation, preparing and filing offering plans, and drafting and filing for no-action applications with the New York State Department of Law, as well drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements. Mr. Crosby has worked on a number of sophisticated and complex projects, both within and outside New York. Prior to joining Starr Associates LLP, he was an associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP in the firm’s condominium and cooperative practice.
